Return conditions 

Overview

Our right of return is 30 days, in each case from the date of the postmark or confirmation of delivery or receipt. If the buyer is unable to provide a confirmation of delivery or receipt, the 30-day return period begins on the date the order is dispatched. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it, together with all accessories. It must also be in the original packaging. The costs for the return shipment are to be borne by the buyer.

Excluded from the right of return (but not from the right of complaint) are

- Custom-made items or items put together at the customer's request
- Sale items or items with special offers
- Discounted display items

We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. If it is a custom-made product, do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

1. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

2. Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially booked.

3. Articles for sale

Only items at the regular price can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

4. Exchange

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item, please send us an e-mail to beatbolli.id@gmail.com.

 

5. Shipping

You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item with a value of more than 50 CHF, you should use a trackable shipping service or take out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
